Any unit ( including SUGs) where Spartacus fights to the front becomes fanatic

To be fanatics, the ex-gladiator slaves only need to have any general in the TUG

Any UG with the Fanatic characteristic only needs the general to be attached to the UG.

By the way I used SUG's to trap and destroy TANG guards units who were surprised by my skirmishers holding in difficult terrain so do not underestimate SUGs
