Hi. Myself and Simon Hall are looking at a possible ETC style event in 2025, based in the midlands and very much taking travel into account. I have been to 8 WTC/ETC's and would be organising the event.
Probably teams of four and two teams from each nation to allow maximum participation. 3 FIFA qualifying players and a merc if needed. No more detail that that atm to avoid a horde of 'do it like this' posts!
