Hi,
A question: would it be possible to add 1 or more earlier Mid- or Northern European civilisations we can use before 500 BC?
Maybe the Hallstatt Celts or something Scandinavian?
Cheers

I have drafted four new lists: Villanovan Italian (860-540 BCE); Proto-Celtic (860-400 BCE); Tartessian (750 - 550 BCE); Early Iberian (750 - 400 BCE).  Note:  The Gallic and Spanish lists can probably start c. 400 BCE.
I have also drafted a list for Luwian Kingdoms (1630 - 1180 BCE); Duchy of Naples (661 to 1137 CE) and Lan Xang (1350 to 1500 CE).
The Turcilingi I believe are better renamed as Odoacer Roman and the dates restricted to 475 to 476 CE.
The Later Moorish I believe are better renamed as Romano-Moorish kingdoms and the dates adjusted.
I have also drafted a new list for Berbers to cover the independent and rebel Berbers from 700 to 100 CE.
The Lư, Trần and Hồ Vietnam (1412) I believe is better renamed as Medieval Dai Viet and extended to 1500 CE.

The start or end dates on numerous other lists need minor adjustments to conform to historical battles and campaigns.
These changes could be introduced without impacting on any existing army.

The Turcilingi I believe are better renamed as Odoacer Roman and the dates restricted to 475 to 476 CE.

Given that Jordannes reference to the "Torcilingi" is fairly widely considered to actually refer to the Thuringi (spelling error) and that Odoacer almost certainly led the "Later Foederate Roman" army (in MeG list terms) of Italy in opposition to Orestes I don't think there should be a separate Turcilingi list really.

Hardly a killer list though.

"Late Roman Warlords" by Penny MacGeorge is a good book which covers Odoacer and others such as Aegidius. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Roman-Warlords-Oxford-Classical-Monographs-ebook/dp/B0029ZA4T6

I have also drafted a list for Luwian Kingdoms (1630 - 1180 BCE);

Be nice to see them appear, they have been a bit of a glaring gap - they were quite important  8)

Had a very brief look at them in a general way a bit back and was surprised how much "Luwian Studies" material there is (relatively speaking) - not sure how much is directly military though.
