Note : Vandal  refugee must be in their own command under an ally general .
I understand . If used all and any vandal refugee must be in an internal ally command .correct ?

Questions :
- must they be alone or may / must the command also contain other moorish troops , namely the mandatory cavalry for an internal ally ?
- And maybe some other up to the nominal 4 UGs ?

Vandal refugees must be in their own command - it cannot contain any other troops.
