100 Years War French 5507 - Valets after 1400

Hello,

The list allows 0-8 Valets de Guerre (by TUGS of 4 or 6) at any date, and an additional 0-8 after 1400.

Are the allotments to be merged as 0-16 after 1400, which could allow 2 TUGs of 6 and a TUG of 4, or do they remain separate ?

I would allow them to be merged in the same way as I have with the additional veteran legionaries in the MRR list.
