Western Han (4211) Conscript Heavy Cavalry Points Cost.

Help please. I'm obviously missing something but the Maximus version of the Western Han list (4211) gives the points for a base of Conscript Heavy cavalry ( Cavalry, Formed Loose, Average, Unprotected, Experienced Crossbow, Mounted Polearm, Shoot & Charge) as 117 pts. When I put that into the List builder it shows as 113 pts. If you upgrade these to 'protected' the list shows the new points cost as 158pts but again in the list builder it shows as 154pts.

I can't see where I've gone wrong.

The list builder is always right. It is not uncommon for there to be a 1 pt difference.

However, in this case, IIRC, there was a small cost reduction for mounted Crossbow that didn't make it into the list PDFs - there are, I think, a couple of other things which are likewise cheaper than the PDF states. Think of it as an unexpected freebie 

No doubt the 2024 lists will correct this.
