 I note 6.N.5 "If a general fighting in combat is moved from the combat the opponent may claim a "snivelling
little coward" KaB test on the UG (see 9.B):

Does this apply if the unit he is with performs a F1....F4 Break off move ?
If it does, does it stack with the KaB tests of F3 and F4 ?

It think the answer is no because 6.N.5 refers to only the general moving

No, it doesn't apply if a break off move is made.

No test for a unit with a general breaking off - basically as he is not leaving the unit.
