Hastati have charge only javelin
Principe's & Triarii it says see note ? Its probably me but i cant see a note that concerns this. I assume it means the front rank has the charge only javelin and the 2nd and 3rd rank Principe's and Triari don't ?

You mean the note that says:

"Note: SPECIAL RULE: Legions must deploy in 3 ranks. Hastati must be easily distinguished from principes and triarii. The numbers in the list reflect the total number of hastati, principes
and triarii."

Last line in the Legions section of the list.

Might be. But dosent say 2nd and 3rd rank do not have charge only javelin. I assumed that's the case. But not clear.

The note only applies to the UG size.  Only the front rank can be Hastati (see the heading).  Only Hastati have the Charge Only Javelin.
I think it is clear.
