Viking berserkers

Hi

I see that Berserkers are Formed Flexible which is fine when included in a Formed Flexible TUG. What happens when they are included in a TUG that has been regraded to Formed Close? Is it the intention that Berserkers can't be added to such TUGs or do they regrade as Close also?

Why wouldn't they remain as Flexible? UGs can include bases of different training and formation.
