Is dismounting a prompted action?

Is dismounting a prompted action? It's not listed on the Prompted Actions Table in the reference sheet.

Or is it more like going into Cantabrian (but costing a yellow card in addition to whatever move you do)?

It is a prompted action. It is mentioned in the glossary and also in the Common Questions part of the clarries (because being in the glossary is easily missed  ).
