10,000 Point Mortem et Gloriam tournament
Other than a Camp armies must wholly comprise of "Foot" troops (see page 42 of the rules for the definition).
Lists which contain any compulsory troops which are not "Foot" are not eligible to be used; it is not permissible to field such armies by not taking such compulsory troops. It is not permissible to take troops which are not "Foot" even if they have the dismountable characteristic. If the list allows you to replace all compulsory or optional troops which are not "Foot" with "Foot" then this is acceptable. (e.g. Early Tibetan).

Southern Mapuche from the 2020.1 lists with errata item as noted in the South America PDF is an allowed army.
