Basing Early Imperial Roman Armoured Archers ?

Hi, are Early Imperial Roman Armoured Archers based 3 or 4 figures to a base ? Thanks in advance for any help

Hi,

Armour does not necessarily define the number of figures on a base, troop type does (close formation is 4 while loose formation is 3).
In this case, archers are loose formation, thus 3 figures per base.

Thanks Ambiorix, I thought it was 3 but don't have my rule book to hand. So, I can go ahead now and base them up
