Timurid list. Protected Turkomans ?

Hi just checking. Looked in 2021 and 2022 lists. Turkoman flexible cavalry are protected in the Timurid list but un protected in all other lists ?

Intentional.  Rationale... Timur's campaigns provided lots of opportunity for looting good quality armour.
