Timurid cavalry is loose, drilled, skilled bow, short pear or 210 points ( correct on the new excel ) . You can add melee expert for 32 points which would bring it to 242 points but on the excel it is 243 points . So just beware as there is a 16 points difference ( 16 mandatory bases ).
