Lists with a single terrian type listed

Hi All,

Been playing around with the Mongol Conquest list, and I noticed that it only has one terrain type listed (Plains). Reading through the PBS rules it seems that section B of the rule book (who chooses the terrain) is no longer relevant if the Mongols are defending. Did I misinterpret something in the Rules, or in this scenario players would just play their worst cards since there is no choice of territory type.

Yes, play your worst card (but you must play a card - you cannot pass if you have 5 or fewer cards).
