Forced Charge Exception - Down Three Factors?

Hello All,

I know there was a discussion last year (pre-Compendium) about TUGs not being forced to charge if they would be down three factors in the resulting charge combat. I note that the QRS still has this exception but it does not appear to be stated in the Compendium among the other exceptions. It is also not mentioned in the forum Clarries and Errata.

Is the exception of not being forced to charge if you would be down three factors still valid?
