Help! Looking for chinese flesh paint suggestions...

Something new for me after many years and many armies, my one hailing from somewhere to the East of Babylon.
I spent a lot of time thinking about clothing colours etc., but now the figures have arrived and are sitting in front of me I realise I have failed to consider the more basic question of what to do about the skin!

Having just come back to this after a number of years absence I have lost touch with what paints are available, and it's a bit harder to do my old trick of spending hours squinting at all of the pots in a number of shops.

So if anybody has suggestions I would be very grateful

Thanks! Looks like a lot of detail there, probably much more than my standard of painting will support But no doubt something I can use!
