Thanks to everyone who attended "Carry on MeG" at Devizes. It was a very fun competition. Thanks Richard for stepping in on a couple of occasions as umpire and well done for winning. The Romans were humbly defeated with Laurence Donohoe coming second. Lance came third and was the winning Roman.  So it shows you don't need to be Julius Caesar.

Dan McLaughlin should have a special mention for among the least experienced players and making 5th.  Best prize, Will Denham lovely painted wooden spoon, was closely contested with Michael Bradford being pipped to the rostrum by Jim Mclaughlin
