Tournaments 2019

So we are just about to kick off the 2019 season.

First up a trip to Brussels where I am assured the brown beer and red wine will be flowing! Then early Feb a trip to my favourite venue up in Hammy Land for a tournament hosted by the incomparable Ribble Warriors. It's true you know, they really are friendlier up Norf.

March sees me back where it all started; Derventio II run by Will "NiceGuy" Denham. Hopefully it won't be another "snowgate" and no face planting.

April is busy, busy, busy with my home tournament MeGalomaniacs III and Roll Call.

May is the hilarity of Campaign. Following team orders, sorry Lance, and defending our title. Well Alasdair and Lee score all the points and I sheepishly go up and collect a prize. Wargaming in a shopping centre was always a challenge (no pun intended) in my old life, but now I'm out and proud.

I'm still planning the second half of the year, negotiating permissions from Wife(s). I hope to get to a tournament in France and will obviously be at Skullrollers and Britcon. Hopefully another trip to Stockport???

Sydney next for me on Mar 2/3rd.
Looking forward to catching up with the chaps down under.
Taking a Parthian on request - a challenge to play well.

Brussels was great - need to get 12 brits there next year and convert the Germans.

I will be at Skullrollers in June - this is booking up fast.  International attendees and only 15 spaces left and we are in January.

I'll be at Britcon which will also be big and have MeG 2 out, WiC out and a ReG event.

Aiming to get to Ribble Rumble and Paris in October to finish my world tour.

Looking forward to 2019 a lot.

I managed to miss a ticket for Warfare. Sold out in a few days.

You have to be quick. My own tournament sold out in 4 hours 😱
