Khitan-Liao

An army I only have for DBA currently, but looking to expand. Reading the army list for 2019 is say that Shoot & Charge has been added. But I can't see any troops with it?

Look at the byzantines and most lists in all books with infantry and cavalry javelin. there are many of them

I don't think the original poster is on about lists in general but the Liao one specifically where, indeed, the notes say Shoot & Charge added but there are no troops with it in that list.

Just to be clear I was referring to the lack of Shoot & Charge in the Khitan-Liao list.

I think that the notes at the bottom is a typo. It has happened a few times that the shoot and charge comment has been used by accident. If you can't see it in the list I would ignore the comment until someone from the list team gives an answer.

If it doesn't appear in the list then it is indeed the notes that are in error. Apologies.
