Just a quick question. Where do you find the feigned flight characteristic for Tugs? I looked in all of the columns A to E and could not find it anywhere.

Hi

Thanks.  In a bit of haste I seem to have picked up an older version.

Have sent to Simon Clarke to upload.

No change to point unless you are using BWg or PACTO.

Simon should put it up tomorrow.

Just had a look at the army builder dated 6/1, feigned flight is still not coming up on the list of characteristics for tugs. It is there for sugs.

It's clearly just trying to save you from yourself by removing the temptation to use it  ;) ;D

I note with amusement that the date under the "2020 final" is 20/01/2001  ;D

Apologies.
All been a bit poorly here so not at my best.

You know the total units and 3rd deployment display in the wrong box on the print sheet?  ;D
List bounced...

I'm back in land of living. Family not so good. Will get the tweak up as soon as I can.

Also, the first SuG isn't registering on the print page...

Ok sorry for there slow response.  Got a few challenges here with hospital appointments this week and next.  Hoping nothing serious but has rather taken over naturally.

Tweaked AB going up to today with FF in for TuGs and correction to labelling of the deployment amounts.

Onwards and upwards.  See many of you next week.

Is there a simple way to convert army lists done with old AB templates to the latest one w/o retyping the whole thing? I suspect there is not, but lots of people know more about this than me.
Miniature Wargaming is the only completely honorable form of warfare ever invented by man.

It is possible to copy information from an old template to a new template, but it has to be done with care. The "Paste Special" command is your friend - paste the cells as "values" only.  You will need to Unprotect the Input Sheet (instructions on the template) and copy only the cells where you can normally enter values.  Once you get the hang of it, it is quite quick.

The areas you need to copy are not protected.  Just are drop downs.
Sp you can copy the entire block of data for generals, TuGs and SuGs into a new one.
You may find that the drop down then don't work - so when you then need to change one you have to copy and past a blank from that column.

But don't copy the entire row. Just the data that you would normally input, from unit number to number of bases.
