The Feigned Flight charactaristic is listed in the changes but not actually include in the optional charactaristics in the army list.

Yes.  The text is hidden under the historical notes!  Not a lot of use if nobody can see it!  Breton can use Feigned Flight characteristic.

Shouldn't it also be available for Flexible TuGs? Couldn't see it on the Army Builder

It should be and Si knows about it.

Its on the points but not the drop down.  Easy fix thanks.
FWIW I think the best use of feigned flight is a SuG of 4 bases set to the task.
