Early Thracian Hill Tribes

The Cimmerian list (Assyria & Babylon) permits Lowland Thracians as potential allies for period  680 to 675 BCE only - but he Lowland Thracian list starts at 670 BCE ?  Is this a typo??

It is an inconsistency that has already been corrected for the 2020 lists.  The Thracian Lowland Tribes list will start at 680 BCE.

And I'm sure they were around before that, as they get a mention in the Illiad (but then, who doesn't).
