Purely for scenario games and re-fights, but north-western Medieval European armies should have the option of selecting a Ridge and Furrow field system as terrain.    (If you don't know what Ridge and Furrow is - look it up on Wikipedia).

Terrain is good going if moving along the direction of ridges.  Terrain is difficult going (for movement only) if moving if any other direction.  If there has been heavy rain, then treat as rough going if moving along the ridges and as swamp if moving in any other direction.

There is very little ridge and furrow left today, and most of what is left is shallow and a shadow of how it looked in former times. In Medieval times it covered large swathes of England and Scotland.

Nice addition

Funnily enough I have it as a terrain type in the Napoleonic game but hadn't called its that quite.
