2026 Proposed Additional Amendment - KaB tests from files of guns and cannons

Proposal is to change the rule so that it becomes a KaB test for being shot at <= 1BW by each file of cannons or guns.
This is to simplify the rule.  So instead of the base being charged triggering the KaB test, it becomes being shot at <=1BW.

Not sure grapeshot (I guess that would be the logic behind this, feel free to correct me) already existed.

Also, would it not mean that a 2-strong UG of guns being charged and shooting to receive would cause 2 KABs even if only 1 gun base is charged ?

2 kab + shooting and you don't need to be charging, just to be within one bw to be shot.
