french feudal list and viking list

3418 Early Feudal French may have a viking ally from 888 CE till 923 CE and it's not specifically "Normandy"  so it's Frankia

3209 Vikings allow an early feudal french ally but only from 911 CE till 986 CE and only in Normandy which imposes limits on some units

It seems strange as it is different when one uses the other as ally  not particularly important but fun

The French were in France before the Normans were in Normandy!

That said, I am going through an exercise reviewing all 800 existing ally combinations.  (And before the complaints start, any existing 2024 armies will be valid in 2025!).
