M5 "Full Ahead with Shift" and "„Universal Half Base Shift“

I can include the ,,Universal Half Base Shift" in all my Movement (see P. 41)

M5 "Full Ahead with Shift" states a HBW-Shift at the end of the Movement.

Is the ,,Universal Half Base Shift" not allowed in combination with a M5?

You can only use the universal half base width shift to move around friends, align, move around terrain, avoid a table edge or avoid enemy when breaking-off, run away or skirmish.
The M5 move allows you to do it when none of the above apply (commonly at the start of the battle).
