Hi,
What is the rational for the Breton Cav in the Viking list not having short spear or lance in the list but are still dev chargers.  Also you mention Breton Cav having feigned flight in the definition of feigned flight but then you say they have to be a Sug or flexible Cav and Breton Cav are not flexible.

There are no Breton cavalry in the Viking list, do you mean the Norman milites? If so these are, presumably, the Norman cavalry in the early stages of the settlement of Vikings in Normandy and not yet "up to speed" in effect and so do not yet justify having SSp or CL in the list writers view; this comes with the mass adoption of cavalry tactics.

The reference to Bretons in the Feigned Flight characteristic maybe needs removing - not sure it was Bretons doing it at Hastings anyway. Norman use of Feigned Flight is something that needs looking into more deeply as they are said to have used it elsewhere - a rules change at some point may be needed.
