I got a question on how to build this army when using meshwesh or Libu. Both can regrade chieftains and javelinmen .

In both cases there is a new minimum and maximum

Does this supersede the former basic mandatory troop minimum and maximum as for the javelinmen it has some impact

Former javelinmen : 12 to 72 and for the meshwesh it becomes 8 -36 so may a meshwesh still take other javelinmen or uis 36 the new MAX once and for all ?

The minimum for javelinmen must be met.  The Meshwesh don't have to regrade all the javelinmen but must regrade at least 8.  (Same for the Libu).

Whether Libu or Meshwesh - they must take at least 12 archers (6 if an ally).
