28mm figures on 25mm bases

Thus has probably been asked before but I was wondering if anyone has a solution for 28mm figures being based on 25mm round bases. Has anyone created any suitable movement trays?

My suggestions:

1)  Two figures to a 60mm x 30mm sabot base.  Depends upon the army whether this will look any good or not.  Michael Flynn's army at  Roll Call did this (Viking) and it looked okay.

2) Re-base.

3) If purely using them amongst your own troops - three figures on a 80mm x 30 mm sabot base and go with a base width of 80mm.  Would work for Pacto.

I would agree (I did say it depended upon which army).  Personally I think I would rebase.  Never understood why hoplites would be based individually.
