If you like all forms of ancient and medieval wargaming (not only Mortem et Gloriam) then this event is a must attend.  Registration is from 5.00 p.m. on Friday 20th October.
Friday evening is board gaming  night.  Play for as long as you like.  Bring a board game or take part in another game.

Saturday and Sunday are each split into two sessions, morning and afternoon.
Each session begins with a 45 - 60 minute presentation by a top speaker on a historical/wargaming topic.  This is followed by a three hour gaming session.  Usually there is a choice of three or four games to take part in.  If you want to put on a game, you will be extra welcome.

Saturday night is the Society of Ancients dinner.  A very convivial event with a special guest speaker.

Lunch and dinner are at the Maddingley Hall dining room.  The food is excellent.
Tea and coffee is available throughout the day.  Some wine is provided with the Saturday evening meal, but any additional alcoholic drinks are at your own expense.

Maddingley Hall is a former stately home that is now the training centre for the University of Cambridge.  The grounds are well worth a visit in their own right.

If you want to know more, just ask.
