Definition MIA?

The start of chapter 6 in the pdf has:

"A contiguous set of files of either side that are fighting - so a line can be traced between all files of
either side that are fighting without going out of fighting UGs."

This looks like the definition of something (what?) and maybe belongs in the glossary.

I think it may have been left in by mistake.  Not sure it adds anything.  Can correct for next version.
