Can you make a move with a "Devastating Charger" stand in the second rank of a unit that fought in the charge combat phase in a MF1 move as that stand is no longer engaged?

In the charge phase does the C2 phase of prompting charges have to be completed before the stop forced charges C3 phase begins?  In that case a TUG who would have a forced charge does not have to state if it is going to stop the charge until all prompted charges have been declared.

Yes it can (assuming it isn't engaged for a different reason of course  :D ).

Playing cards to stop Forced Charges happen in 2.2 in the Charge Phase part of the Turn Sequence, the same sub-phase as prompted charges are declared.

C2 is not a phase it is a reference for the Prompted Action  ;D
