Been bugged about the lack of allies in this list and finally got around to going back into the Tabaqat-i Nasiri to have a look.

This suggests that it would be justified to have Qara Khitan allies up to 1206 CE, Kara Khanid allies in 1202 CE, and Ghurid vassal allies from 1216 CE to 1222CE (as the Ghurid list notes imply and the Tabaqat does have troops being supplied). I would not allow a Ghurid all to have elephants and probably not ghilman either.

It is possible that the Khwarazmian list could start in 1156 CE as well (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Il-Arslan) but to be honest the start is going to be a bit arbitrary at the best of times - although the current 1186 CE doesn't seem to have any specific logic I can see off hand. If the start date were pushed back I'd have 1174 CE as the earliest a Qara Khitan ally can be used as that is the earliest I identified.
