Armenian Cavalry type during Roman Republican alliance

Looking at Republican Roman. Armenian allies, can you give me your take on what the Armenian Cavalry are at the time of the alliance please. No doubt it's me but the Cavalry type date changes, I find a little confusing.

Late Republican Roman can have an Armenian ally in Asia from 53 to 36 BCE.

At that date the Armenian cavalry is the 4-18 Short Spear, Unskilled Javelin type with the upgrades allowed in the "Only from 204 BCE to 244 CE" section - i.e. 0-8 can be catafracts and 0-6 Guard catafracts are allowed in addition.

The "Tigranes the Great from 83 to 69 BCE" options are not allowed due to the dates.

The Charging Lancer upgrade (and guard) is also not allowed as it is from 245CE.
