Hi, Im very new to the game but my searches haven't turned up a answer for me;
Scutari arent listed in any of the Classical Spanish lists but are in the Later Cartheginian list. I'm just wondering what the thinking is behind this? I thought they were a big part of the Spanish warriors, but I'm by no means an expert and appreciate any guidance.

They are there; they are in the Spanish-Iberian list which covers the non-Celtiberian and Lusitanian Spanish tribes - just that they are called Warriors and Nobles and followers.
"The Roman Empire was not murdered and nor did it die a natural death; it accidentally committed suicide."

Yup - its just a semantic issue. As Nik says - warriors
