combat factors

I noticed a change in the melee factors during my last game.

The 2019 QRS has this as the entry
"Cv,Cm,Ch in Good Going vs Sk foot    +1

the 2020 QRS now has this as
"Cv,Cm Ch in Good Going vs Loose/Skirmish foot   +1

Just making sure that this is correct and not a typo

Surely would have to be a typo. Pretty big change to have not been flagged/ discussed otherwise.
