Feudal French 5501 bowmen

We were rather surprised by the french list including un to 16 tribal loose experienced bow . The surprising fact for us was the TUG size  : 4,6

It was checked that line is the same in 2025, 2024 and 2023  .

So why "mini TUGS" 4 bases for tribal archers it is so unusual but there might be a good reason ?

The list seems to have been created in 2023

Pretty safe to say that it is an error that nobody has spotted to date IMO.
