Downgrading shooting skill

I understand you can downgrade shooting skill by 1 level (e.g. Skilled to Experienced, Experienced to Poor)

At 24pts the Charge only Bow is very expensive so I hoping against my own intuition

Can you downgrade the Shooting Skill "Charge only" to Nothing ?

No.  Cannot downgrade Charge Only shooting skill.
