Allies and date of army - Discrepancy list

Hello,

I noticed some armies are allowed to have allies even at a date prior to authorized starting date for the allied list.

It was pointed out that this was usually specifically spelled out, but perhaps not for all cases, hence this list, feel free to contribute.

I noticed :
- 5211 Late Imperial Byzantine can take 5302 Turcoman Beyliks before their starting date of 1278 CE
