stakes and 4 MU

Stakes may be placed using a M1 move but it must be at more or equal to 4 MU from an opponent's TUG

Must it be at 4 MU at the start of the move(s) or when it plant the stakes in the ground ?

Drilled units, using double move , can move backwards ( green) and put the stakes so start at 3 MU, go back to 4 MU and put the stakes

Am I clear ?

AsI read it , it is allowed to start closer and put the stakes afterwards

I think it isn't possible because the move starts at 3BW

P48 15.2. The entire move must remain at least 4BW
