Update history notes in Classical List Sets

I have updated the history notes sections in the Classical List Sets for Maximus.  Included for each army are a list of Battles and Campaigns.  Where appropriate there are lists of rulers or other useful information such as lists of cities or tribes.

I stress that NONE of the army lists themselves have changed.
