REVISED PDF Edition

We have sorted out the technical issue with the revision to the PDF edition. 

If you go back to the Lulu site and re-download the PDF file, you should get the revised edition.   To tell if it is the revised edition, look at the Contents page.  If it includes "Appendix 4 Errata" then it is the revised edition.

To be clear, there are NO rule changes.  What we have done is made the wording clearer.
