The Early Frank list (2309) stimulates that only one Noble TuG is permitted per command. Is it permissible to include the Dismounted Cavalry fanatics in a command already containing Nobles ?

Are you sure you are looking at the 2023 army lists? There is no such restriction.

The restriction was in the 2022 lists but no longer applies.

Best Foot Warrior .. (upto 12) ... Note : A command may only have one TUG of Best Warriors.

Dismounted Cavalry ... defined as Superior and Fanatic. The note on them oonly restricts General and use with allies. Implies that a command may include a Best Foot Warrior Tug and a Dismounted Cavalry TuG.  Is this the intention ??

Well you originally talked about Noble TuGs hence my confusion.

The list means what it says (I know this is not always the case!).  A command may have a TUG of best warriors and the dismounted noble cavalry.
