Shoot and Charge

 I thought I saw somewhere that units that had shoot and charge shoot as experienced shooters. I know there are some troops that are unskilled javelin shooters with shoot and charge capabilities, do they shoot as experienced in the shoot and charge phase and as unskilled in the other phase, or as unskilled in all situations? Thanks

You're thinking of the bit from the FAQ that specifies that charge only shooters shoot as if experienced. it has no effect on units that have shoot and charge and are not charge only shooters.
