Mid Republican Veteran error

Mid Republican Roman. Normally allowed 16 Hastati/principes upgrade to vets. According to the wording 207-197BC you can have 8 🤷🏿‍♂️ That's a decrease not an increase !!!!!! Should say additional 8. Or max 24

Don't agree that its an error, although I admit it might be better to include the word additional.  The note on the change also makes it clear that these are intended as additional.
