correction Imperial Roman

Noticed a tiny anomaly in the Imperial Roman list.

The cost for a Melee Expert option for veteran legionaries is 22 points in the list, but in the army builder it is 23.  Which one is correct?

As previously mentioned, the list sets may have rounding errors.  The army builder is always correct.
