Moving SuG away from a forced charge

Are you allowed to do a C1 move to get a SuG out of the way of a forced charge? My understanding is that, if not moved, the forced chargers take a KaB test and the SuG is removed. But the rule states that you can only move to "allow" a charge, and the charge is going to take place whether you move the SuG or not, so a strict reading to me would not let you move the SuG, or am I just being too harsh on my SuGs?

You are reading to much into the rule.  You can use the C1 move.  Think of it as allowing a charge as opposed to a forced charge.
