Later Foederate Roman in Gaul

To be clear, no new list will be added until the end of the year at the earliest.  I remain to be convinced that you couldn't create a Post-Roman Gallic army from the existing Later Foederate Roman list with a few downgrades and extra restrictions.

Noticed that there is a nice blank template for armies in the downloadable materials so thought I'd translate the list to that - and make a few tweaks and correct errors.
