Shoot and Charge Questions

I've been considering the "Georgian"Medieval "The Crusades" army list.
Cavalry is identified as 1/2 Aznauri Charging Lancer and 1/2 Retainers Experienced bow/Shoot & Charge
The UG size is 4 t0 6 elements per unit

IF a unit is composed of half Aznauri and half bow armed retainers with the bow armed retainers having a mandatory "shoot & charge
DOES the unit shoot ar normal effect (basic white die per file)
OR is there a downgrade because the Bow armed elements are not 2 ranks deep???
Any other oddities about the above please advise

Any file that has only 1 bow armed base will shoot with the downgrade - Shoot & Charge makes no difference.
